The Institute of Media Monitoring is a 100% Polish technology company that has been providing top-quality media monitoring and analysis solutions for over two decades. Our tools and technologies are developed entirely in Poland by our programmers, analysts, and media researchers. All capital, taxes, and know-how remain in Poland – with no transfer of data, intellectual property, or profits abroad. Every złoty spent by public institutions on our services returns to the Polish economy through salaries, taxes, and investments in the development of domestic technologies.

IMM has been building analytical tools and conducting comprehensive media coverage research for 25 years. Currently, it is the largest media monitoring company in Poland. Since 2008, it has also offered its services in Romania under the mediaTRUST brand, where it quickly became a leader. IMM supports companies, institutions, and personal brands in effectively measuring and reporting external communication results, planning strategies, and countering image crises. The company integrates publication results from all media types into a single tool, including advertising, as the only one on the market. It prepares sponsorship reports and qualitative and statistical analyses. IMM serves thousands of clients in Poland and abroad – international corporations, small businesses, institutions, public administration, NGOs, PR agencies, marketing agencies, and personal brands. The Media Monitoring Institute S.A. has obtained funding under the European Funds Programme for Modern Economy for the implementation of a project entitled: “Development of a machine learning-based tool for thematic grouping of media publications and effective determination of their relevance to the customer”.

The project aims to develop an Advanced Classification System (ACS) for monitored media materials relating to a given brand or issue.
